2. Client Responsibility Clients confirm that all uploaded artwork or written content is original and belongs to them or their child. Clients must ensure that submitted materials do not infringe on others’ rights.

 

3. AI and Digital Processing We may use AI tools and digital technologies to assist in the creative process (e.g., animation, illustration, or voice synthesis). This does not affect the ownership of your original work.

 

4. Ownership and Delivery All completed digital and physical products belong fully to the client once delivered. We do not retain, reuse, or redistribute any materials or finished products without permission.
