At makeDoodleDance, all of our services are personalized and custom-made based on your child’s drawings. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Orders

Because each animation is created specifically for you, orders cannot be refunded once production has started.

2. Cancellations Before Production

If you request a cancellation before production begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

3. Revisions

If the delivered animation does not match the specifications agreed upon in your order, we offer up to two rounds of revisions to correct any discrepancies. Revisions are limited to the original scope of the project as confirmed in your order.

4. Technical Issues or Errors

If we are unable to complete your order due to technical issues or errors on our side, a refund or replacement will be provided.

5. Delivery Method

All finished animations are delivered digitally via email or download link. No physical items will be shipped unless otherwise agreed.
